Clause 1 - Online Store

Sanad's business hours are from Sunday to Thursday, from 9 am to 5 pm in the State of Kuwait.
The standard response or reply rate is (2) business days.
All amounts paid to Sanad are absolutely non-refundable.
The Client may only use and display the final work/service that has been approved by him/her. All drafts or any prior form of work that has not been approved by the Client may not be used by the Client in any way, under any circumstances.

Clause 3 - Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness of Information
We are not responsible if the information available on this site is not accurate or complete. The material on this site is for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions. Any reliance on the information on this site is at your own risk. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.
Section 4 - Modifications to the Service and Prices
Our product prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. Any complaints, claims, concerns or questions regarding third party products should be directed to the third party.

We use a third party to complete the payment process and will not ask you for any banking information or information about the credit card itself. Before using the paid services, it is recommended that the user inquire about the fees that will be deducted from the credit card or debit card, in favor of the credit card service provider or debit card service provider (herein referred to as the bank). The credit card data that will be provided when using the services will be handled by the payment gateway and will not be given to Sanad. The user bears full responsibility for verifying the accuracy of the information that will be entered in the relevant fields.

It is recommended to obtain and keep a copy of the receipt of completion of the process for data preservation purposes, which may help in resolving any disputes that may arise from the use of the paid services.

The user acknowledges his agreement, understanding and confirmation that his personal data, without excluding any details related to the debit card, credit card or electronic payment transferred over the Internet, may be subject to misuse, hacking, theft or fraud, and that Sand and the payment gateway have no control over such matters.
The paid service is provided through a payment gateway service on a secure website, however, the payment gateway and Sanad cannot provide any guarantees that the information that the user will register online will be secure and cannot be read or viewed by a third party or will be hacked or any unauthorized access to the information by the user.
Section 7 - User Comments, Feedback and Other Submissions
If we ask you to send certain specific submissions (for example, contest entries) or to send creative ideas in proposals or plans or other materials whether on social media platforms or by email, or otherwise as comments or opinions, you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute or translate any of the submissions or comments. We are and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain the confidentiality of the submissions; (2) to pay any comments or opinions; or (3) to respond to any comments.
You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other proprietary right. You further agree that your comments will not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Service or any related website. Sanad endeavors to make the Rules and all Site services available at all times and in an uninterrupted manner, twenty-four (24) days a day, seven (7) days a week, and to maintain all information up to date. However, God forbid, technical malfunctions and routine maintenance may cause the service to be interrupted for limited periods, provided that Sand will return the service as soon as possible. Sand is not responsible for any damages that may occur during these periods. Section 9 - Prohibited Uses In addition to other prohibitions set forth in the Terms of Service, you may not use the Site or its Content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to infringe upon the intellectual property rights or intellectual property rights of others; (d) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, religion, race, age, or disability; (f) to provide false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malware that may be used in any way that may affect the functionality or operation of the Service or any related site; (h) to collect or track the personal information of others; (j) to solicit an act that is immoral or unethical. Neither party shall be liable to the other party for any delay or failure to perform any obligation if the delay or failure is due to unforeseen events, which occur after the entry into force of the terms and which are beyond the reasonable control of the parties, such as strikes, blockades, war, terrorism, riots and natural disasters, as long as such event prevents or delays the affected party from fulfilling its obligations and this party is unable to prevent or remove the force majeure at a reasonable cost.
